Cricklewood Town Team have launched a colourful mural on the parapets of the bridge on the Edgware Road in Cricklewood.
These walls are the entry of our town and a major arterial road into London but have been victim to graffiti and flyposting and so presenting a poor image to passers-by.
The mural creates a town identity ensuring people travelling through get the impression of Cricklewood as a nice place to live, work and shop.
This project was funded by High Street and Places (HS&P) Capital Grant Fund. Cricklewood Town Team commissioned Wood Street Walls to deliver the artwork, working with stakeholders Barnet Council, Brent Council and Network Rail. The project was supported by JJ Rhatigan and Leyland Paints in Cricklewood.
