Joining this cultural celebration, the legendary St Michael & All Angels Steel Orchestra, considered among Europe’s finest steel bands and a beloved highlight of Notting Hill Carnival, will fill the air with the infectious rhythms of the Caribbean. Completing this rhythmic journey, Dhol2Dhol—founded by music maestro Jay Pisavadia alongside Raj Kukadia and Vinod Kerai—will showcase the thunderous power and precision of traditional Indian dhol drumming, demonstrating the intricate art of rhythm through their expert musicianship.
