Local photographer shines a spotlight on the faces of Cricklewood

Thomas Ball’s Portraits of a High Street, which aims to celebrate the many faces behind Cricklewood’s diverse collection of shops and businesses, will open in Cricklewood Town Square on 26 September.

The framed portraits will be presented to each shop to be hung in their window, creating a free permanent exhibition along the High Street.

The work is in collaboration between Gort Scott, Polimekanos graphic design and Spacemakers, and is funded by the Mayor of London’s Outer London Fund, which pledged £1.67 million investment in Cricklewood to increase the vibrancy and growth of the high street.
